Vineyard
The grapes come from the territory of Salemi at an altitude of about 140 meters s.l.m. The soil, rich in organic matter, has a silty-clay structure and a typical stony skeleton.

Harvest
Between the first and second decade of September. The grapes are harvested during the cooler hours of the day.

Winemaking
The selected grapes are subject to maceration on the skins for about 10 days and fermented in steel tanks at a constant temperature of 20 ° C. After malolactic fermentation, maturation continues in steel before bottling and bottle aging.

Organoleptic characteristics
Ruby red with violet hues. very fruity bouquet with hints of red fruit (cherries, blackberries). The mouth is rich, with a typical acidity of Nero d'Avola, which gives a good taste-olfactory persistence.
